A Pennsylvania man was arrested at Parx Casino while playing blackjack hours after his parents were found dead.
Todd Warner was playing blackjack at the casino when police came up behind him and arrested him for questioning in the deaths of Frank and Joyanne Warner. Both were found dead in their home the day before. Todd lived in the home, and there was a warrant for his arrest as his mother’s car and credit card were reported missing from the scene.
Casino surveillance found Warner playing at blackjack table 112, where they verified his identity against photographs of the suspect.
After he was taken into custody, police found a key to his mother’s Kia and charges were filed against him for the theft. He remains in jail as of press time with bond set at $250,000. Warner has not been charged with the murders yet.
