Derek Jeter Hosts Blackjack Fundraiser

Hall of Fame baseball player Derek Jeter announced that he’ll be holding a blackjack charity event in April at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood in Florida.

The event will see Jeter’s Turn 2 Foundation getting proceeds from the tournament, which will take place between April 12th and the 14th. The foundation was founded by Jeter and his father in 1996 and works to help people overcome challenges and make the best of their potential.

A statement from the Take 2 Foundation on the tournament read: “We’re excited to announce Derek Jeter’s Blackjack Tournament Weekend presented by Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood will be taking place on April 12 – 14. The event will feature live entertainment and benefit Turn 2’s signature programs that empower youth to reach their full potential.”
