Playtech Launches ‘Majority Rules Speed Blackjack’ to Casinos

Online betting giant Playtech has announced that they’ve launched a new live dealer blackjack game, ‘Majority Rules Speed Blackjack’, which implements live dealer webcasting alongside community play.

The game has two different play modes, “Majority Rules” and “Best Strategy”, and lets participating players vote to determine how the mode will play out. The Majority Rules mode sees players voting to Hit, Stand, Double Down, or Split on a hand, with 50% or more of players needing to vote in favor to trigger the action. Best Strategy Mode sees hands played out related to a Best Strategy flow that’s been decided on by the Playtech algorithm.

This title has been designed with operator GVC, who’ll have exclusive rights to offer the game on their brands such as bwin until July, when it goes wide across Playtech Live’s network.
